Fashion Show runway -- build temporary platform across openings (e.g., 4th floor admin) and entice Versace or some other designer to host a one of a kind fashion show with space-leaning theme in building, with guests sitting along hallway mall corridor. Or move to 3rd floor and allow viewing from above (though I think the skylights would make for an amazing photo opp!!!
