    This!! We need more housing in general, across all price points, but especially affordable. Our workforce is getting priced out, and that means they have to commute longer and longer (and create more traffic) to get to their jobs here. If they lived here, they'd already be here! Same goes for things lots of people want to drive to - if people lived near them already, they wouldn't have to drive to them.
