More opportunities to learn from County staff who have other expertise/experience. The art workshop series (Art of Public Service) has been a success, but I believe other staff across County departments could teach things such as basic gardening, repair workshops or basic handyperson skills, cooking demonstrations, etc. This doesn't only have to be staff teaching staff, but staff sharing their expertise with the community would be fun as well!
