Turn the cafeteria into something that feels more like a third space -- a spot for co-working comfortably, watching performances, a place families use to celebrate marriage ceremonies... and get some art in there! And fresh food options / coffee!

    I work in the Civic Center currently and the cafeteria is where you go to eat not because they have food, but because the view is nice. That’s the main draw. And yes sure the events there are nice but other than that, I feel like there’s so much you could do with that space to make it more appealing.

    Could we also use the cafeteria space to occasionally host local guest chefs, pop-ups, food trucks, etc?
