Partner with Master Gardeners + Marin Cultural Association to offer more "horticulture art" through out the green-space areas of the Civic Center. Similar to rotating art shows, local green-artists can bring in things like topiaries, moss art... whatever, to add intrigue to our Civic Center green spaces. Installations can rotate by season, etc. Or, create some dramatic "green" installations on the Lawn by the fountain or at Lagoon Park.
