Docent tours on weekends, with some marketing pizazz, and host annual "Night at the Civic Center" similar to CA Academy of Sciences, music, food and tour as a pilot fundraiser, with a lottery selected local charitable cause and local caterers. Could this event coincide with a small set of planned evening weddings? Increased turnout.
