As native resident, born and raised here, we need to improve the quality of life here. Biggest issue is the housing mandate and we need to reclaim our local control. Restore our local zoning and have smart growth through housing needs and zoning for people who want to live above businesses or build ADU’s. Keep private equity firms out by selling to actual people who need a place to live. Prioritize community over developers rather than allowing developers to dictate growth. Keep marin safe- keep county speed limit at 55 MPH and double the fines for violations.
