My thoughts: 1. Live music, esp. classical or jazz in the Cafe Garden, would do numbers. It livens up the space and activates our local artists 2. As others mentioned, without the cafeteria being here, why not engage Off the Grid or something similar to supplement food options during the workday? 3. Employee volunteer program - we give to our community every day, but is there more we could be doing to meet our community where they are? Volunteering could be anything from knowledge sharing/education to more physical tasks like beach or park cleanup days to serving our unhoused community members. 4. Free community movie nights on the lawn or Lagoon Island in Summer - include food options on site but also offer "bring your own picnic" 5. More seating, shade, and picnic infrastructure around the lagoon so it functions as a true park destination, not just a landscape people drive past. 6. A stamped "passport" or scavenger hunt for kids covering the campus's design details / FLW history. Continue the legacy of this building by bringing the next generation along on its story 7. Create County pride with merch -- give people a sense of belonging 8. Large, digital community calendar on display with events happening around the campus (exhibits, docent tours, VMA reopening, Roller Disco Daze, Holiday Light Spectacular, Farmers Markets, volunteering days, employee holiday market, etc.)
