Marin would benefit from a center/institute at Indian Valley College for applied AI. It would include training in python, machine learning, probability, with problems sets for practice to determiine accuracy of LLMs. These subjects are already taught at Stanford but local talent accessible in person would be a plus. It's not the future, it's now. As I write, 20,000 people around the globe are learning AI probability maximum likelihood.
