Marin needs to start work on a desalination plant for fresh water. History has shown in tree rings where Marin had 50 years of drought in past centuries. We have in the last decade faced running out of fresh water with our neighbors in Richmond refusing to let Marin put a pipeline in through Richmond across the San Rafael Richmond bridge. Solar power can help mightigate power demand costs. We keep building with a fineite supply of fresh water remaining static. If Clifornia can afford the largest immigrant population of the country it can afford to to supply them with fresh water from the sea that surrounds Marin.
