Green up this county, medians, public places, Plant more trees and shrubs. Spread flower seed, clean up The barren grounds all are the Civic Center , plant some drought resistant ground cover, manzanita, butterfly bushes etc. Finally give the sad looking trees on this campus some love, trim the dead branches. Make it a community movement!
