- More access to free or reduced priced healthcare. Especially with the new laws in place, people are struggling to get preventative or lifesaving healthcare. - Low to Mid-Income housing. Young adults and adults in general are having trouble finding anything of reasonable affordability and quality. - Improved Public transportation. Meaning better strategic placement of bus stops and Redwood Bikes, better wait times, and more affordable pricing. :)
