Instead of th 473-info number for HHS anD aging & Disability services, it would be more memorable to have a 211 line so the person calling can speak more quickly to a human being. The number is also easier to remember for non-English speaking people. 473-info isn't clear that you need an area code first. Info and assistance" is misleading. Would Be more accurate to say "Info and Referrals. Also, 211 would give a more immediate response to someone in crisis
