Southern Marin Bike Park: A Bicycle Playground, Pump Track and Jump Line Help rebuild the riding space lost on County land in Scott Valley with a free, inclusive bike park serving Tam Valley, Homestead Valley, Strawberry, Alto, Marin City and Mill Valley. A bicycle playground would welcome beginners, a paved pump track would serve varied ages and abilities, and a progressive jump line would help riders develop skills. These spaces would help youth build confidence, make friends and stay active outdoors. We propose a location along the County’s Mill Valley–Sausalito multiuse pathway so families can ride or walk there. The concept uses less than one acre, including landscaping, accessible pathways and gathering space. We support keeping and improving the dog park, with a fenced bike area and separate entrances if located at Bayfront. No site or design has been approved. Community input would guide the project. Help create a lasting place to ride, learn and belong.
