San Rafael is the main epicenter of Marin and the beauty around this city doesn’t reflect that. As you enter our city, there’s much weeds, cyclone fences. I’d like to see our thoroughfares more aesthetically pleasing as well. More people would be drawn to downtown if you get rid of meters and shut down part of fourth street for music, dining al fresco and bomb fourth street with tons of beautiful flowers.
