Seniors are already a large proportion of Marin's population, and we're not getting any younger... :-) . The focus of planning should address this, while not neglecting how to attract the next generations - hopefully more diverse - to come to Marin and raise their productive families and continue to contribute to our tax base. PS: I live in Tam Valley - that should be a choice for "Where do you live" ...
