Idea by @Marin Resident

More housing! Fund and be a leader in finding creative ways to build and preserve more housing in Marin. Not sprawl, not a compromise on our incredible open spaces, just follow-through on the commitments our county and cities made to build what we need. Our workforce is priced out. This makes commutes insane and traffic terrible for us all. Life for everyone in Marin is harder when the people who work here, or grew up here and got priced out, have to live so far away, and the county is rapidly aging. Getting a doctor's appointment, our restaurant scene, childcare, schools--all of these are more difficult when so many who work here can't afford to live or stay here. Our economic vitality and community vibrancy depend on there being enough housing, at a range of price points, for everyone. :)
