Halt all city and county so-called traffic-safety improvement projects (e.g. roundabouts, traffic lane removals, dedicated bike lanes and tunnels, etc.) and devote resources to flood protection immediately. The county and cities are going to lose a large portion of their tax base when properties are flooded.
