We need to double down on resilience, particularly wildfire mitigation. The chance of a massive wildfire that burns thousands of homes is very high and if the insurance crisis continues a lot of Marin will be uninsurable. This will be a disaster for county and city finances and for real estate values. If we don't take more action to reduce wildfire risk, Marin will suffer greatly both economically and in human and ecological suffering.
